Technology of Consciousness

Development of Consciousness

In itself, consciousness represents a coherence between opposite denominators within a system.

Before we start working on our energy centres and our consciousness, it is important to understand what consciousness is. Consciousness is not a mental state. Mental states are just an aspect of consciousness. Consciousness is the coherent whole of opposites within a system. The Technology of Consciousness provides the entry into the field of consciousness and acting from that state.

One of the fundamental things that we learn through the Technology of Consciousness is how to enter the field of consciousness. Next, we practice how to permanently stay within that field and how to be present in various situations. This field of consciousness that is the coherent whole of opposites sometimes contracts - it gets smaller or bigger from time to time. This is the exercise we practice in order to make that field stable. If the field of consciousness is constantly present within us, all events around us manifest coherently, including the emotional state we experience as harmonious. This is not an exalted emotional state, but rather a stable one, in which we are constantly satisfied and comfortable. This is actually the state of gratitude.

The field of consciousness is an energy field, rather than a mental field. We usually spend most of our time in our heads, but this is not the field of consciousness. Our thoughts do not constitute consciousness, but are only one small part of it. Being the synthesis of opposites, consciousness is based on a certain energy that can flow through us, joining our heads with our bodies and joining our thoughts with our physical existence. Each one of us has a million reasons to be satisfied, i.e. grateful, at any different moment in life. The reason we sometimes lose this feeling is hidden in the fact that the field of consciousness is not present.

Gratitude is the basic state that emotionally testifies to our health and sanity. This normal state of existence can be called the “zero state” of gratitude and satisfaction. If we experience any feeling of dissatisfaction, that means we are not present within the field of consciousness, i.e. in the field of integrated opposites. We are, rather, in one of our mental fields and we keep perceiving reality, our life and ourselves as inadequate and not good enough.

If we look at the energy structure of a man, the key point in charge for consciousness is located within the main centre of all energy centres: it is within the fourth or lunar chakra. When this chakra is full, everything in our life gains a new quality, colour and harmony. Everything is satisfied and we are grateful. This does not mean we need to think about gratitude at every moment of our life, but rather that we constantly feel happy. This latent feeling of happiness without reason is the same as the feeling of gratitude, and constitutes proof we are within the field of consciousness. This feeling depends on how present and full the fourth, lunar chakra is, since this chakra is the joint point. Therefore, the Technology of Consciousness represents the system for activating, awakening and enlivening each energy centre, i.e. each chakra.

Technology of Consciousness

Where our energy centres are concerned, it is important to understand that each rests upon the previous one. Therefore, in order for the next energy centre to be developed, the previous one needs to be stable.

Consciousness constitutes our health as well as the health of our environment and all the events that concern it. From the point of view of consciousness, we are all responsible for the amount of love we receive, as well as for all happenings in our life. The amount of love others feel for us depends on the organizational capacity of our own Soul and our life. This helps us understand that consciousness is much more than just mental thinking, and provides support for us to leave the mental plane and perceive the field that we call 'consciousness'.

Whenever there exists an emotional or other kind of imbalance, it is clear that the system is not conscious enough. This will manifest as problems in certain areas of our life - sometimes through physiology, and sometimes through circumstances and events. The amount of imbalance is directly linked to the level of consciousness. A state of inner balance means the system is conscious.

When we look at energy skills developed through each chakra within the Technology of Consciousness, we see the following:

Uranus - Technology of Consciousness

Saturn - Consciousness

Jupiter - Purpose

Mercury - Invocation

Moon - Acceptance

Sun - Existence

Venus - Attraction

Mars - Grounding

Grounding is the primary skill we learn via the first chakra. The second chakra teaches us about the law of attraction, because we are all able to attract everything that we want. The third chakra teaches us about existence. This strength of existence feeds our great self-confidence, and thus we are able to organize things that surround us so they function as our support system. This chakra is a very important basis for everything we do next. The fourth chakra teaches us about the mechanism of acceptance. We learn how to let things flow through, how to join opposites, how to be able to accept everything and forgive everything. This chakra is very important for our essential evolution in the cosmic sense. The fifth chakra provides us with knowledge about invocation. With the support of this chakra, we can invoke anything. If we want to invoke some inner trait, or if we want to initiate something in our outer life, we do this via the fifth chakra. The sixth chakra helps us develop the model of purpose by awakening it. People whose purpose is developed are aware of their mission and are receiving the support of nature. Nature loves them for simply living in accordance with their own essence. The seventh chakra is about the secret of time and overall karma on one hand, but also about being open for the Higher Self and Vertical of Time on the other hand - through this chakra, consciousness reaches the state of spiritual maturity. The eighth chakra is actually the seat of our Higher Self and the whole of intelligence that belongs to the very field of the Technology of Consciousness.

Development of consciousness manifests in three phases:

- activation of consciousness

- awakening of consciousness

- enlivening of consciousness

Activation of Consciousness

Whatever happens to us will always feel like a dream until our consciousness is activated and awake.

In the initial phase of the Technology of Consciousness we:

- mentally recognize our unity with some other person or circumstance, and

- feel comfortable within the whole of our body.

To avoid feeling like we are in a dream as we try to enliven our consciousness, we need to first activate our consciousness. What is important when we are activating any energy centre is the ability to activate that factor that would pull us out of our illusion of separation, i.e. from the usual state of being in life. One of the first things we will do in order to activate this process is to recognize and remember that the other person in our life is always a part of us. This is where astrology can be very useful, since it enables us to identify this person as one of the planets in our chart. Astrology takes it for granted that people whom we meet in life actually dwell within our chart and are just parts of one wider reality and our personal hologram.

WINDOW

' Astrology takes it for granted that people whom we meet in life actually dwell within our chart and are just parts of one wider reality and our personal hologram.'

The goal of the first stage of development of consciousness is to change our view and allow other people in our life to be what they are, recognizing that they are just part of our own nature. In any relationship, information is also transferred in a non-verbal, emotional fashion. We keep receiving unconscious messages from other people. Therefore, in order to be open towards them, we need to do two things. First, we need to remember this in the same way in which we would remember within a dream that we are dreaming. Second, we need to create a comfortable feeling within our whole body. We can achieve this if we focus on our own body while looking at the other person. We notice the state our physical body is in: whether our shoulders are elevated or in tension, how our stomach feels, etc. We need to follow cues from our body and bring it into a relaxed state, so we can feel comfortable and relaxed while the other person is still beside us. This process constitutes 'activation': this is our own initiative to bring our own body into a balanced, relaxed state while we are sitting or standing across from the other person, or in any kind of situation. In this way the other person or situation becomes harmonious, and the system becomes conscious. Why would we feel restless because of anything that is outside of us, if we can be calm? The moment we manage to balance out all opposites, our karmic code is also balanced, and we can notice this in the way the person sitting or standing across from us automatically becomes different and aligned with us, since she is nothing else but part of our own Being and our Universe. She has her own representative within our body. When we return to our own body, it feels as if we are saying: 'I exist and this is my body.' When we connect with our own physiology, we push the mental part of us aside and feel comfortable. Although this might seem complicated at first, with time and practice we learn how to relax our own body while at the same time we talk to other people.

WINDOW

' The moment we manage to balance out all opposites, our karmic code is also balanced, and we can notice this in the way the person that is sitting or standing across us automatically becomes different and aligned with us, since she is nothing else but the part of our own Being and our Universe.'

Awakening of Consciousness

The only complete truthfulness is the ability to be in absolute balance with one's body and the feeling within the body.

The awakening phase amounts to actively experiencing unity, while at the same time feeling completely relaxed within one's body. This stage is reached through practicing the activation of consciousness and will develop up to the degree in which we are able to make the first successful steps. It is no longer enough to just recognize the other person as part of ourselves and focus on our own body. What we need to do now is be in our own presence while we are at the same time active and able to engage with circumstances and conversations. This is when we start hearing things we were not previously aware we were uttering. Within this stage, we develop the dynamics that help us feel the best way to dance with the other person, while something starts awakening within ourselves that is bigger than attitudes or beliefs that we are better than anybody else. We allow magic to be born within a relationship, without any imposition. This is a completely new gift we allow to flow through the relationship.

In this stage we have trust in our own body, we feel close with ourselves and we are able to freely surrender ourselves. Each state of the body has its own intelligence. As the Earth and its core constitutes the way to Heaven and the way to the Cosmos, if we want to develop our higher state of consciousness and create our own Heaven, we need to first connect to the core of the Earth. The core of the Earth makes us revolve around the Sun and the rest of the galaxy. This is the central point to which we need to be connected in order to connect to anything else. In order to be able to live anything, we need to connect to our physical body first. This is why we say that the trust we establish is actually the consequence of the belief that we are truthful, good and close to ourselves.

WINDOW

' In order to be able to live anything, we need to connect to our physical body first. This is why we say that the trust we establish is actually the consequence of the belief that we are truthful, good and close to ourselves.'

Revival of Consciousness

Gravitational force will pull everything to the core of the Earth, because as the still point or state of being, the core of the Earth attracts everything: the core point is completely relaxed and at rest.

Each relationship is an entity in itself. In astrology, this can be seen through the relationship chart which describes the story of what happens between two people. Relationship is, itself, an intelligent being whose purpose is to allow our higher state of consciousness, i.e. our higher Self, to be invoked. In order to achieve this, a relationship needs to be completely alive. Enlivening of consciousness is the third stage of the Technology of Consciousness, and it amounts to enlivening of the relationship entity. This is our end goal.

Enlivening of consciousness happens when three prerequisites are met: we are relaxed within our own body; we are active in the relationship; and the other person (or circumstance) is also relaxed on his or her own body level. This means, practically, that the energy of the figure 8 is formed between us, thus allowing us to transfer our own relaxed state to the other person and feel the other person as part of our own physiology. We need to be comfortable within our own body, feeling light and simply existing. This will create the relationship in the form of a strong entity. The centre of the knot of the energetic figure 8 that we want to form within a relationship actually amounts to a feeling of rest.

WINDOW

‘A tired person is completely incapable of making a change and can therefore not be activated, awoken or enlivened.'

A tired person is completely incapable of making a change and therefore can not be activated, awoken or enlivened. Rest is what enables us to surrender and reach the point of balance, while fatigue creates limitations that prevent us from finding common ground. This is not a mental decision, but rather an important need of our physical body. Our work is closely connected with our ability to afford ourselves much needed rest. A tired person often talks too much or is too active. The other manifestation of fatigue is fear and the feeling that, if we surrender to gravity which pulls us towards the lower chakras, we will drown and be unable to get out. This is the consequence of a lack of trust. A tired person dwells within the mental field and is less and less present within his or her physical body, which results in the accumulation of even more tiredness.

Relaxation as Universal Balance

Regular rest is necessary for development of consciousness.

Regular practice of deep relaxation via meditation enables us to create reserves of rest in order to be able to activate, awaken and enliven our consciousness. Where fatigue is concerned, we are not only talking about the current state caused by our recent activity, but also about the tiredness inherited from our ancestors, and that can be identified in our natal chart. Difficult Saturn aspects, but also all other challenging aspects, will point to this. These difficult aspects keep using up our energy through some area of life. Each aspect represents a memory of a relationship. Problematic relationships prevent us from sustaining inner balance and rest.

The rest we manage to accumulate and store as a reserve in our physiology will be felt in the form of peace and tranquillity in life, regardless of what is happening. This is when it is much easier to feel our body in regard to some other person, and to apply all the techniques that we will soon explain, because this is the field of peace. Like the field of universal balance, we need it in order to progress.

Technology of the Moon Consciousness

When we are satisfied within ourselves, the Universe hears our gratitude.

The Moon, the lunar chakra, has the quality of movement, and can contract and fluctuate a lot. These fluctuations are actually certain memories that dwell within the fourth chakra. The role of this central (fourth) chakra is to join Heaven and Earth, to reconcile differences, to join our parents and all opposites that we have and that exist somewhere into one whole. This chakra enables the flow between the upper and lower part of the body.

PICTURE 1

Mentality

Objective dependence

When we look at picture 1, we can see that two circles (the upper part is the circle of Heaven; the lower part is the circle of Earth) are joined via the heart chakra. This is the point in which all of our thoughts and everything that is in our head will be joined with the body and transferred into it, i.e. into our everyday reality. This point of the Soul, the point of the heart, is similar to the narrow point in the hourglass through which only one grain of sand can pass at a time. Only one thing can pass through that narrow space, rendering that space a point of singularity. At the end of our physical existence, we pass through that point of singularity and from there, we incarnate ourselves into the next story. This is the same as saying that in the end, only one word of us is left, and that word is the answer to the question: 'Was it easy?' Our answer to this question, that feeling which we carry within our Soul, constitutes the precise measure of relationship between lightness and heaviness, expressed in one form that dilutes all differences between us and objects. That point is the seed from which we spring into being. How different our parents will be  in this life depends on how easy we had it or not in the past.

If it was easy and if we have that feeling of lightness in our Soul, the scales of Libra (the parents who incarnate us) will be more aligned. The scales are more balanced, and we gain a pair of genes that support us in our material reality. We will get a mother who is happy the whole time she is pregnant with us, and we will experience this as unbelievable Heaven, as a feeling of gratitude that will follow us throughout our life. This is the inner state of closeness that we possess. On the other hand, we will receive great energy to live our own role, our real story that originates from the unity of opposites of our own genes. This is destiny in the real sense of that word. Deep memories that we inherited are situated within the heart chakra. All these memories are alive within us and constitute the basis for creation of our reality. These are very deep things, because the child was feeling whatever the mother was feeling.

This point of singularity situated within the heart chakra joins opposites and consciousness depends on it. Everything depends on it. We all have this point within ourselves, we all possess certain potential and everything we do throughout life adds up in that one point in the end. It does not matter whether we go left or right in life; all that matters is that whatever we do is easily done. It is not easy to keep wondering whether we should have done this or that. For as long as we dwell in our own head, we forget about our body and we lack consciousness. A feeling of lightness accompanying our thoughts enables the flow through the heart chakra.

WINDOW:

'For as long as we dwell in our own head, we forget about our body and we lack consciousness. The feeling of lightness that accompanies our thoughts enables the flow through the hearth chakra.'

Since the heart chakra is very refined and since singularity requires a very subtle relationship, this chakra is often blocked and people are cut off within the upper, mental circle. People are practically always caught in the mental process, regardless of whether they are scientists, philosophers or farmers, because people keep connecting their own experiences to their minds. They fail to establish a permanent link between their thoughts and their bodies, but instead often keep them apart. However, it is within this in-between space that the Soul is situated, and the Soul is the only thing that is left of us in the end. Everything else disappears. The Soul is what is measured. The point of incarnation is solely in that fourth chakra and its ability to join these two circles.

The more we live these two circles separately, greater is the division between things that surround us and we believe that everything depends on objective circumstances in our life. Where the body is concerned, there is a question about the state of health. Maybe it will be good, or maybe it will not, but we cannot know because we think health is separate from us. The same is true about parents, circumstances, the state and time we live in. There are a lot of factors that we keep thinking are responsible for our own life. However, whatever is happening in the outer world is not someone else's concern. Everything that happens to us and that we experience is always dependent on us. The Technology of Consciousness helps us change these things and bring them into balance, and the Moon - as the summa summarum of all other chakras, centres and experiences - does not represent what we are trying to be, but instead what we are truly living in our everyday life. The greater honesty of living brings more light and makes us more alive - we are present and are living our own life.

Sometimes people are so separated from each other that the only valuable moment in their life is the point of transition from one incarnation into the other. This is the moment of death and represents the only experience of truly experiencing one's life. However, this is only a moment, since this is the point of singularity. It feels as if we have been sleeping the whole time, dwelling only in our head and not being natural at all. What we think with our mind is not natural. There is one inner being that is completely natural and is so great that it is connected with our incarnations in both our previous and future lives.

Regardless of our mental concepts, we are already living our future life, because time is never a straight line. Time is circular. Both the past and future are happening at the same time, and we already possess the future incarnation that is alive now. The current, past and future incarnation exist at the same time. Within this heart area, the Soul has no problems with this and can experience it quite normally. The only question is whether we are connecting to the heart or staying within our own mental space. The more we dwell in our mental space, the greater is our dependency on outer things. When we separate our head from the rest of the body and us from other people, we create problems in our relationships.

Circumstances that define us will always exist. To always be aware of our degree of mentality, instead of consciousness, we need to look at how many things from our surroundings are limiting us (things that we consider to be defining, key things responsible for our life). How many times in life have we considered someone else responsible for something that is happening to us? This is what separates the mind from the body and interferes with the energy flow.

Energy has the shape of the figure 8. In order for us to be normal and completely healthy in a physical, spiritual, mental, social and any other sense, this figure 8 needs to function well. This is our consciousness. This is the shape of energy that constantly flows and reflects the perpetual movement of our Soul and our existence. Everything else springs from it. We need to be really pure within this joining point - the heart chakra. This determines the degree of awakening.

WINDOW

'Energy has the shape of the figure 8. In order for us to be normal and completely healthy in a physical, spiritual, mental, social and any other sense, this figure 8 needs to function well.'

The Technology of Consciousness teaches us three things:

- to recognize our own state that we carry through life,

- how to systematically purify our state, and

- how to stop polluting this inner space and keep it clean.

Let us start with the third task: how to maintain our own model and how to recognize when we unconsciously enter memories that confirm our non-forgiving nature, since we usually consciously think we will forgive, but not forget. This is a play of words and therefore is not true forgiveness. Mentally, we would like to forgive and we think we did after time passes and we forget about it. However, we have not truly forgiven. Everything stayed the same and the same thing keeps happening. The same thing will happen again because we are standing in the middle of it and are nurturing it. Every 'NO' damages our heart chakra, because the heart chakra has the need to say 'YES'. Each NO contracts the heart chakra and in the end we keep having problems on all levels only because we are being negative.

When we do not enjoy something in our life, we often react to it with certain attitudes that are against it. We have an attitude that is expressed as opposition to something. If this becomes a block, the heart centre is cut off. Although on the mental level we achieve what we wanted, we did it at the expense of an experience from which we separated ourselves, depriving ourselves of an experience that we believe is not good. Regardless of what we think, we often do not know what is not good. This is why it is very important for us to keep developing a pure state by never acting against anything, but always acting for something. We should never act upon something we know we don’t want, when at the same time we do not know what we do want. We should act completely differently - know what we want and move towards it. If there are a lot of things in our life that we know we do not want, it is certain there are very few things we know we do want. Our physiology is the proof of the state of our consciousness and development. We cannot be in the higher state of consciousness and be sick at the same time. Our task is to keep this body in a happy state. If our thoughts or events disturb our body, we are not within a good state of consciousness. The primary concern is to keep our thoughts and body in balance.

WINDOW

' We should never act upon something we know we don’t want, when at the same time we do not know what we do want. We should act completely differently - know what we want and move towards it.'

This inadequate model of knowing what we do not want closes us up to life. When it seems like something does not agree with us, that there is something we would not like, we should not judge it, but simply allow ourself to exist beside it. If we are peaceful, this thing that does not seems good will automatically disappear, simply because we are experiencing peace. However, if this thing is something we need for a reason that we might fail to understand, then it will keep unfolding itself, and we need to establish peace within ourself and then act from that peaceful state. We should act for what we want, at the same time letting that thing we do not understand peacefully go. Or, allow it to simply be there, if that is what we need for whatever reason. When we establish peace in the presence of something that is cosmically wrong, that thing will simply disappear. It literally has no way of surviving, because our peace is in alignment with cosmic law. This Constitution of the Universe creates all else just because complete peace is present within our Soul, in that centre of us. This peace is the same peace we experience during the transition, during our last breath. In order for us to experience singularity, we need to be completely peaceful. This is a very honest and powerful place - the core of life is based on that point of peace. Everybody has this point and should constantly live it. Peace purifies everything. One of the things we will practice is how to contact this point via our heart centre.

WINDOW

'When we establish peace in the presence of something that is cosmically wrong, that thing will simply disappear. It literally has no way of surviving, because our peace is in alignment with cosmic law.’

When this centre is developed, the energy simply flows through our heart and creates the feeling of complete connectedness, while each chakra that was imbalanced gains additional energy and starts shining brighter and working better. Each imbalance of any chakra will always reflect on the heart chakra. In addition, the quality of the heart chakra will enable the balance within any other chakra. This is why the heart chakra is the core, fundamental chakra. We can work on any chakra, and all of them are important, as is the knowledge they provide. However, they all end up flowing into the heart chakra. The success of each chakra will contribute to the good state of the heart chakra and thus help other chakras function well. The pure heart chakra is pure Enlightenment.

Natal Chart - The Map of the Soul

We are all born with a certain potential. The natal chart is a great image in which we can see the map of our Soul. The position of the Moon will reveal the state of our heart chakra. We are all born with certain qualities and certain memories. All the memories, coming via the heart chakra, originate from the story of our mother and our relationship with her, as well as the feelings she had during the prenatal period. They also come from the time that preceded that period - from the time before our birth. This is a very deep story that is received via the mother. The heart, or lunar chakra encompasses all our experiences from the earliest life, while we were still babies. The lunar chakra is like a sponge that collects everything we experienced back then.

The natal chart represents the image of memories of our actions and reactions which we continue to re-experience through our personal experiences. Whatever we did and each of our actions against something (that are often reactions) are reflected in the story of our Moon and the story of our lunar chakra. On the natal story level, we can notice memories that we are often not aware of on our mental level, but keep experiencing through our relationships. Our Moon and lunar chakra are primarily experienced through relationships. Our first relationship is with our mother - how she behaved towards us. This is the number one relationship we are born with. Each other relationship in our life will unfold through the lunar chakra. This is our ability to feel close to someone. We should always have in mind that the heart chakra represents the joining point of opposites (between Heaven and Earth, Mind and Body, and between people). We often have problems opening up because of a block in this chakra. Each of these blocks, that we might justify in all sorts of ways, actually represents something that prevents energy flow. When energy does not flow, the system is not conscious enough. When the system is not conscious enough, all sorts of problems are present. Each problem we experience is actually just the experience of the lack of energy flow. This is true not only on the medical, physical, mental and emotional level, but also on the level of events and on the level of making our wishes come true. The state of the heart chakra is, above all, defined with the position of the Moon. If we look at the story and position of our own Moon, we can discover our own state, potential and the point of its origin - the state we were born into, the state of the Soul we incarnated with. This is what this field actually talks about.

WINDOW

' On the natal story level, we can notice memories that we are often not aware of on our mental level, but keep experiencing through our relationships.'

Besides the Moon, this state is also described with the following:

- the fourth house, and

- the sign of Cancer

These are connected to our inner state of the Soul. When we follow their work on the energy level, they provide us with the ability to establish whether the potential we are born with, and thus our evolutionary status, are blocked and how to resolve that block. We can see that the solution to a problem often requires work on the heart chakra, but besides that we also need to work on some other chakras in order to bring them into balance.

The heart chakra is definitely the most important chakra. This is the key chakra and when we want to work on it, we need to be very honest. Honesty, however, is not a mental category. In order for us to be honest, we need to establish contact with what is opposite our mental state - the body. It is only through this connection of the opposites of the mind and body that we can approach the Moon, i.e. the heart chakra that is transcendental. The moment we start thinking about something, we are already in our head. To be natural, we need to do two opposite things at once: feel our body as completely close at the same time we are communicating with some other person, or dealing with a situation. This is the only way to naturally and authentically experience both. This requires us to enter the heart chakra and to have the ability keep this connection with it. The idea that honesty requires conversation is still a mental concept. Honesty is in the relationship with the body. When we are aware of our own body while we are in a relationship, amidst a conversation or a situation, then we are in an honest state. We are not controlling the person or event, but are letting them through. We gain the sense of this via our body. Honesty is not the same as the answer in our head, but the answer to which we arrive through the communication with our body.

With these indicators, it is possible to ascertain how open and flowing this lunar centre is, as well as the emotional cause of closure in this centre. Each person has their own emotional reasons for closing this centre up. As a start, we can all make a list of things for which we do not assume personal responsibility, i.e. the things we reject as bad and someone else's fault. We can often have this kind of situation in relation to someone close to us. Sometimes this is the story of our parents and sometimes the story of some other person that we inherit as a code. Sometimes we create a strong block by completely severing the relationship link to someone else, while at other times the block is less severe and the relationship is not cut off, but some other reason is found for it not to function well. However, the cause is always the same - we are not close enough with ourselves. Whenever we reject something, we are not close to ourselves. We can reject only when we lack this inner closeness. We need to lose the openness around our lunar centre and stay in our head in order to look at a relationship or situation as two separate entities. The more we do this, the greater is the separation between the two and the less energy is present, while our personal development suffers.

There is always some key relationship in our life, and it originates from the family we came from or from the family we create, i.e. the relationship with our partner, child or some other very close person. If there are things we do not understand, or that we are just judging, we can simply allow them to purify and change themselves via our own state of inner closeness (i.e. our state of peace), or act from that state. Whatever we do from this state will be correct, because we are acting for something, instead of against something. For us to be able to do what is needed, we need to be quiet. We dwell too much in our own heads, we are too mental and we think we need to react and process things fast. In this way we miss the opportunity to feel close to ourselves, because we do not trust the silence and its ability to shape reality.

WINDOW

' If there are things we do not understand, or that we are just judging, we can simply allow them to purify and change themselves via our own state of inner closeness (i.e. our state of peace), or act from that state.'

Cause of the Fourth Chakra Closure

The fourth chakra absorbs all experiences. Therefore, each experience of pain that is not transmuted, but left 'to be healed by passage of time' represents the cause of the 'non-metabolised memory' which closes this chakra and leads us to re-experience the same or similar situations, sometimes on different sides of the same experience (mentality - circumstance, i.e. 'aggressor-victim').

If we are too much in our head, we are completely separated from our physical body and we keep jumping from one role to another. At one moment, we are completely mental and we know what is correct. At another moment, after some time, we fall into a completely opposite state - usually not even being aware that we have changed sides, our attitude, situation and circumstance, thus contradicting our own recent attitudes. This is why each victim is actually an aggressor, and each aggressor is actually a victim. They are one and the same thing. We do not need to take sides, but instead join them so that energy can flow. These two things seek each other and constitute one whole. All we need to do is to join them, so that energy can flow in the normal fashion, making them one being without mutual conflicts. If this connection is lacking, then the situation appears as a separate reality that does not agree with anybody, but in which people keep exchanging their roles. This is all happening because the heart chakra is closed.

Although we can sometimes define why our heart chakra is closed, the natal chart will show it more precisely. This energy matrix of the Soul can help us estimate the cause of the block as well as the ways to heal this centre.

If we were to make a list of things that begin with NO, we would discover parts of ourselves that are closing our heart chakra. We need to be very honest while we are doing this. Many of these things have a set of justifications attached to them. The most important problems are those we experience in relationships with people whom are closest to, because we share the lunar space with them, or they are the people with whom we are living or used to live. Look at these things: they are all just the consequences of inherited memories not just from this life, but from the previous one as well. They are now confirmed through the story in this life, in order to form the same image and the same memory. These are not real. Our task is to change and purify them, so they can keep functioning. However, they must not be supported, i.e. fed, nurtured and taken as the life principle, because they will not lead us anywhere. They will completely close us up and we will be unable to make our life the way we want it to be. If we stay too long in this state, we realize we do not even know what we want anymore, but instead just one category exists: things we do not want. This is when we go towards everything we do not want, because there is so much of it. Does it feel easy then? No, it does not feel easy. The scales of Libra then keep showing a big difference, because life was not easy, and this is why we get very different parents and genes with the task to resolve this process by waking up and making a change. We are all in this to a certain degree. When we make a decision to work on ourselves, this can activate us and initiate our fourth chakra and purify it, regardless of how pure it already is.

WINDOW

Even without knowing the whole astrological concept, but by mastering just a few parts of that language, we can objectively look at parts of our energy matrix and identify factors that represent blocks. This will advise us on what to do (which exercises to practice) in order to create an opportunity to remove the block.

                                                            Inner child that is crying.

THE SUN-MOON RELATIONSHIP

If we have a challenging relationship between the Sun and the Moon, i.e. between the fourth and the third chakra, this will manifest in life as a problem with identity due to great differences between one's parents. We will have problems in defining ourselves and, essentially, we will have a problem with ego. Since a clear identity is lacking, it seems very important to be always right or to find ourselves, since we are constantly looking. The reason for this is the fact that our parents are very different, so we keep taking sides and thus creating a problem. Our task is to join our inner parents.

We also keep feeling unreal. We keep pretending, keep trying and keep acting, all the time not really knowing what our life looks like when we are completely relaxed and not trying to impress anybody. This feeling of being natural exists in all of us and is very important. If we experience this problem between the third chakra, represented by the Sun, and the fourth chakra, represented by the Moon, besides the exercises for the fourth chakra we should also practice exercises for the third chakra in order to resolve this imbalance on the level of parents.

THE MOON-MERCURY RELATIONSHIP

When there exists a problem between the Moon and Mercury, it is a problem between the fourth and the fifth chakras, so we keep feeling some things that originated in childhood, but which we were never able to express. This child can cry his heart out, but will still be unable to express what he feels. Even if this feeling passes, it remains unfinished. The result is too many thoughts that prevent calm. If we start meditating, a multitude of thoughts appear and we keep trying to do something. It is as if we have a child within ourselves that keeps leading us into mentality, so we keep dwelling in our own heads. We keep thinking about everything and we do not know how to express our feelings. It is hard for us to communicate with others on a deep level, because this conversation keeps being interrupted. We may try having a conversation about some delicate thing with someone close to us on a very deep level. The delicate thing that is the subject of conversation may be an ordinary life situation that is delicate just because we need to talk about it in order to resolve it. We will notice that, once we reach a certain level of depth in conversation, someone will give up. Therefore, it feels like there is no chance to resolve anything with that conversation. It might turn out that we thought wrong about the whole thing, or the other person did, or maybe the issue is something completely different. We need the ability to 'give birth' to a new being via this communication, and to really enrich ourselves in the process. This is the ability to be close through words and to touch the Soul with words.

WINDOW

'The room is our Moon, our personal space, the first place our Soul manifests and expresses itself.'

People with this kind of problem failed to receive the mother’s comforting words and support when they needed them. Maybe they did not hear the good-night stories, or maybe it was something else they needed, but failed to receive from their mother, so now they keep having a certain misunderstanding with her. They would like to tell her what they feel, but they do not know how, and the misunderstanding is prolonged. The mother often tells them a wrong thing and it ends up expressing itself as a restless and confusing life. This restlessness and confusion can be observed if we look at their room. This is where they live, and if it is in chaos, it resembles their life. The room is our Moon, our personal space, the first place our Soul manifests and expresses itself. The typical manifestations of this imbalance are misunderstandings in communication. We are constantly negative and keep causing further misunderstandings with our words, creating beliefs that people are a certain way, and thus developing a physiology that is not healthy. Next, circumstances - that we call objective circumstances - develop and represent an obstacle.

This is often the image of a person who had a lot of thoughts in youth, who cannot calm down, lacks good communication with the mother and is unable to forge a close relationship with her. However, this also depends on the person, not the mother. This is the image of a child who is crying. Tears that are ignored, unfinished business and conversations, words that ended up hurting someone: these are all within our Moon and it looks like time healed them, but it did not. This has all just been repressed and is still dwelling within that point. We do not even consciously remember it anymore. We do not need to. It is still happening, and our life, some relationship of ours, some circumstance, situation or other person we wish to be close with will remind us about it all. When we work on this chakra, we will make these relationships easier and pure.

                                                The feeling that 'injustice hurts'.

Condensed, unexpressed aggressive energy that is waiting to explode.

THE MOON-VENUS RELATIONSHIP

If we have a Moon-Venus problem, i.e. a problem in regard to the second chakra, there exists a feeling of emotional dissatisfaction that is usually inherited from the mother. We feel as if we are not good enough for good things, that we are not beautiful enough and that we do not deserve satisfaction and happiness. If we study this in detail, we will notice that the mother was usually not satisfied, that she constantly wondered if she should have married someone else and kept talking about how she should be with someone else instead of her husband, but did not deserve it. She also feels unfulfilled. The 'should' thought transfers over as a discomfort she does not know how to resolve. She kept thinking about what 'should have' been, but feels as if she does not have the right to it, as if she is not good enough. Or, if someone left her, she keeps thinking that he did that because she is not good enough. This is then transferred to her child, who carries it within himself even if he did not experience it directly. The mother's memories thus have a tendency to express themselves in one's life in some form or other. This is why we lack the feeling of happiness that is the magic of life. We lost it and we simply feel compelled to re-live our mother's story in our own life. Someone will show up and make us feel unworthy of our partner. We carry this within ourselves and unconsciously nurture that story with each bite of food we take, with each act we make, with our whole life. We fail to make the change. Actually, what this means is that we are not honest enough. We experience all of this because we have never entered that feeling deeply enough. The cause of that situation can be found in our Moon, in the heart area, which needs to feel good. This is the real indicator of the amount of everything in our life - the amount of our happiness, spirituality, success.

WINDOW

THE MOON-MARS RELATIONSHIP

If our problem is between the Moon and the 1st chakra (Moon-Mars), we feel very insecure and carry within us some great anger that was repressed. This anger is the foundation and only needs a trigger to express itself. We feel deep injustice and keep waiting for the right moment to express it. This does not mean that anger was always repressed within our genetic family, only that we feel it now because of some injustice that hurts us. We concluded that this is how things are, and we will project this feeling of injustice onto various things in life. Somewhere within one's genetic tree, some murders happened. Someone ended up hurting someone else very much, there was a lot of drama and therefore we now have a great feeling of rebellion. We project this onto ordinary things, since this is one very strong inner feeling. This is condensed aggressive energy that is not expressed and is often just waiting to explode. The fourth centre represents total responsibility. It accepts everything and turns it into singularity, joining it into one within this point that becomes great and powerful. With each NO we exclude and reject something. Therefore, it is very important to establish a YES response.

                                                Depression.

                                                Feeling of heaviness.

                                                Deep conviction about ‘non-forgiveness’.

THE MOON-JUPITER RELATIONSHIP

In the case of a challenging relationship in regard to the sixth chakra, i.e. between the Moon and Jupiter, we have the tendency of excessive behaviour. We can go to excess in almost anything, and this will lead us to feeling dissatisfied, even if we are talking about positive things. In addition, our expectations are unreal.

Sometimes we nurture beliefs that feel like stone blocks we do not know how to express, but still keep holding on to. For example, we nurture a problematic belief about money, wealth and material things being bad, thus rejecting them. When this imbalance is present, we often create moral blocks of various kinds.

Morality is still a very mental category for us, even if it is on a higher level (not on the level of the fifth chakra, but instead on the level of the sixth chakra). We established certain rules, yet our Soul is something cosmic. Our morality has to be in line with the nature of our Soul. This is very important. However, moral blocks are often present when we believe that money is not good, or that we need to leave our family if we want to provide material things for ourselves. This is happening because an ancestor of ours did this, i.e. they left the country in order to achieve financial success, thus leaving their family. Therefore, now we say NO to it.

In the same way there might exist an inner need to reject life opportunities that we later talk about, while regretting not grabbing them. This is, actually, very dishonest. The root cause of this is the feeling of not being close to oneself. Honesty equals closeness. If we are able to feel bliss within our body while we are talking or doing something, we are honest. Honesty is never a thought in our head. Honesty exists only when our thoughts can feel closeness with our body.

WINDOW

' Honesty equals closeness. If we are able to feel bliss within our body while we are talking or doing something, we are honest.'

THE MOON-SATURN RELATIONSHIP

When the block in the Saturn centre closes up the heart chakra, the first manifestation of this is tiredness of the soul, without us being aware of why. This tiredness feels like it has always been present, as if it keeps pressuring us while we live our life. Sometimes it seems as if the reason is the work we do, or some other thing in our life. None of this is real. This tiredness creates feelings of hopelessness or depression. Typically, this inner feeling is created in time and it blocks the heart chakra. We end up being simply mental or, if we are living within a community, we will end up just being physically present in it. When we are presented with the choice of either being in our head or within our body, we often decide to be mental. The problem is that we need to be both. One cannot exist without the other. If we choose just one, the very next moment we will spontaneously end up within the other. This is why circumstances start restricting us and creating the feeling of inner heaviness - as if something is constantly pressuring us. Any physical activity will help us in this case (for example, massage or yoga exercises), because our body contains a lot of information that originates from the unconscious.

WINDOW

' When we are presented with the choice of either being in our head or within our body, we often decide to be mental.'

We also nurture a deep belief about 'non-forgiveness'. This belief does not originate from this life, but precedes it. We fail to remember what actually happened to even create this feeling. For example, if we were hypnotized, we would be able to remember why something cannot be forgiven. Is it something we did or something that was done to us? These are the same thing. In one moment, we say this cannot be forgiven, but in the next we are doing the same thing to someone else or vice versa. These are the same thing because our system is based on the figure 8. The system recognizes these as the same type of energy, and thus one thing. Whatever we are doing from our mind manifests itself in our body, and vice versa: whatever our actions are, they will manifest themselves within the inner space of our psyche.

9th chakra                                Lack of trust.

10th chakra                              Jealousy.

Inner pain that easily creates hatred and closes up the heart chakra.

THE MOON-URANUS RELATIONSHIP

When we talk about transcendental chakras (i.e. planets), especially about the relationship between the first and the eighth chakra (Moon and Uranus), we primarily talk about great susceptibility to stress. These people suffer from inner tension and restlessness that pull them into strong mental status. They are very afraid of closeness, so every time they feel it, it causes some rejection. Some ancestor of theirs was feeling very close to someone else, and ended up paying a high price for it. They ended up feeling tied down, so they established systems of rejection and rebellion. This is what prevents these people from now feeling normal closeness with anybody. Closeness is not the emotion, but the sensation. When we have a challenging relationship between the Moon and Uranus, this means that certain emotions move us to reject our ability to be close to someone. We feel like we do not belong and thus have a hard time establishing closeness. We cannot feel close to a space, people or circumstances. Other people are the source of stress and disturb our peace. This is experienced as some real circumstance in life, and therefore we decide to say NO to everything. This nurtures stress instead of helping us make the closer contact with our own self.

WINDOW

' When we have a challenging relationship between the Moon and Uranus, this means that certain emotions move us to reject our ability to be close to someone.'

We feel the lack of inner silence. We keep feeling restless. All we need in order to get rid of this feeling is to make closer contact to ourselves. If we manage to feel closeness within meditation, while we are exhaling, then we can also feel it in other relationships. Closeness will then be established, and events purified. Friends that were the source of stress will become different because we are different. We are working on ourselves, knowing that each change we make within ourselves will cause great changes in our circumstances. This is the essence of everything. When we lack inner silence, it feels like we have our inner motor constantly on, and we dwell in our thoughts and stress. In order to make this area open to the flow of energy, we need to work on the Moon and eighth chakras at the same time.

THE MOON-NEPTUNE RELATIONSHIP

When the Moon and heart chakra have problems in regard to the ninth (Neptune) chakra, we have problems with a lack of trust. This closes us up in various strange ways that are sometimes quite irrational. If we stay within this, we close up to such a degree that we start creating strange, irrational fears. This is recognized as a very sensitive psyche. These people tend to use narcotics, alcohol and tobacco, and are prone to poisoning and creating addictions. It can also be said that they have poisonous thoughts.

The cause of this state is again much deeper than it seems. Something that someone in our genetic tree said was left  non-manifested; an unfulfilled promise was experienced as some kind of fraud. Or someone in the genetic tree changed the family religion and this created a stressful state. If we fail to metabolize this experience, the energy that is left will prove to be too hard to carry through an average life. This is why the lack of trust is created. We feel it is hard for us to believe someone because our life keeps proving to us that the moment we give our trust to someone we end up being fooled. When trust is absent, the heart chakra closes up. The belief that one cannot trust others closes us up on all levels and prevents our achievements in life, because the figure 8 (picture 1) must function. If Neptune closes up the heart chakra, this feels like a sponge that absorbs us. In order for us to open up, it is very important to establish trust.

WINDOW

THE MOON-PLUTO RELATIONSHIP

Some people are living the tenth chakra story, i.e. the story of the Moon (the heart chakra) and Pluto (tenth chakra). This deep tension is able to close us up to a very big degree, primarily because of very intense emotions like jealousy, which is one of the main emotions in this relationship. Jealousy happens on the other end of love. Love is  a very yang energy. However, its basis is gratitude, because we cannot comprehend love if it is not based in gratitude. Love not based in gratitude gives birth to jealousy and this can close us up to such a degree that we can start feeling chronic injury, rejection and not being loved enough. Jealousy can also give birth to hatred as well as other very negative emotions. This is the potential that is inherited from one's family. Here we can purify our genetics, our ancestors and ourselves - everything that represents this painful point for us - even if we do not constantly dwell in it. Sometimes this intensive feeling might catch up with us on several occasions throughout our lives, and its intensity can completely close us up. Beliefs that we nurture on the heart chakra level manifest around this point. These are not just abstract beliefs. Each one of them is confirmed through life. 'I believe, therefore I am'. Whatever we believe in originates from our heart chakra and then is manifested in our life. If this imbalance is present, we can have problems, become a victim of some kind of aggression or have a million other reasons to feel angry. We carry this deep within ourselves. Refugees often have this aspect in their charts. If we consider other people responsible for whatever is happening to us, we stay within our own circle and this will cause us to act in the same way towards someone else the next time a similar situation occurs in our lives - just so that we can support this circle. However, this does not mean that it is impossible to resolve this situation. If we are working on the fourth and the tenth chakra, we can enable this flow.

Techniques for Development of the Fourth Chakra Consciousness

Consciousness requires practice with its own opposites, and this practice enables us to experience awakening.

Since the heart chakra basically represents the foundation of our consciousness and acts like a sponge which absorbs experiences through our reactions, it is very important for this centre to receive the message of purification and revival during a period of 28 days.

During this period of 28 days we need to practice four techniques for development of the heart chakra on a daily basis. If we skip a day, we need to start the whole process all over again - until we accumulate a full 28 days in a row within which we have practiced all four of these techniques. The new programme will be installed only if we manage to download it within one lunar continuum as our new habit.

WINDOW

' The new programme will be installed only if we manage to download it within one lunar continuum as our new habit.'

The Moon (the heart chakra) records all experiences via habits. The story of our ancestors is a habit. Genes are our habit. All of our memories and experiences represent habits. The system is thus set to work in this way. If we want to change our habits, we need to work on the new programme for 28 days. Even a one day interruption in this  period requires us to start all over again. The passage through the heart chakra is very subtle and refined, so if the message is not whole and suffers damage, this will express itself later and the habit will not prove adequate. We can look at ourselves. How many things have we decided to do in life, regardless of whether they are small or big? We work on something and it develops itself up to a point at which we say: 'Well, I cannot and do not want to do this again.’ People often end up breaking deals they made with themselves. In the same way, we make deals with other people and fail to follow through. This resembles marriage, doesn't it? The whole thing functions in accordance with a similar model in which we need to keep the commitment to a deal we make on one level in order to keep it on some other level, too. What we feel and think at one moment needs to be confirmed 28 times from various angles, in various situations - during the rain, snow or somewhere else. This is the inner period of initiation, and everything happening is an answer to that (I wanted to, I did not want to, I could, I couldn't... it was raining... whatever). These are all our reasons for not being able to follow through with the exercise, and are the testimony to the state we are in. We need to be aware that the Moon needs 28 days to circle the whole Universe, and if there is something in us that objects to being whole, it will express itself in that period. We can recognize it, stay calm and give it our best. If we cannot do this, we will move along.

Technique 1 - Meditation

Regular deep relaxation meditation that lasts 20 minutes.

This technique is ideally practiced two times a day, and once a day is the required minimum.

Close your eyes, establish contact with your body and turn your attention to it while keeping an open mind. You need to be very close with your body. You are not trying to control anything in your body, but are only trying to be close to it and to allow it to guide you in a comfortable fashion. When you sit down for your meditation, you are letting go. You are not worrying about what your mind will do, but are following your body. This regular deep relaxation meditation of 20 minutes needs to be practiced at least once a day, while twice a day would be ideal, since its effect will then be much better. This exercise is very important for the opening up of the heart centre.

Meditation teaches us how to be natural and spontaneously present within our own body, relaxed instead of in spasm. If we are cramping up, we are constantly dwelling in our head and separating ourselves from our body. However, if we keep systematically exercising for 28 days from 28 angles, all the time being aware of our own body, the system will accept this as information and new habit, while our 'fluids' will completely accept this new vibration.

WINDOW

' Meditation teaches us how to be natural and spontaneously present within our own body, relaxed instead of in spasm.'

Technique 2 - Heart Rhythm

We need to practice daily being in contact with our own heart.

This exercise has three steps:

- Step one: focus your attention on the heart area.

- Step two: inhale and exhale from your heart area in a normal fashion.

- Step three: Once you harmonize breathing from your heart, activate a positive sensation.

It is important to practice this technique in any challenging situation that can disturb us and make us lose our sense of lightness. Maybe we are aware that this lightness is part of us, but we need a quick way to get re-establish this state.

During the first step we are focusing on the heart area. If we need help in doing this, we can place our hand on the heart to emphasize this experience. In time we will be able to achieve this without this placement of hand, but only by focusing on the heart area.

In step two we practice breathing from the heart. This needs to be done in a slightly deeper fashion than when we usually breathe. Follow this rhythm. Inhale and exhale several times, until it feels normal to breathe from that area and that your consciousness is there.

Step three is very important. Once we harmonize our breathing from the heart, we need to activate a positive sensation. Remember something that is pleasant for you: something you experienced somewhere pleasant. Or, you can remember something else that gives you a pleasurable feeling. Breathe from your heart area while you are in this state and keep thinking about it. Whenever something unpleasant happens and you feel like something within you is going into spasm, this is what you need to do immediately. After you practice this for some time, you will be able to do this very fast, while you are still doing something else. You will need only to focus on your heart area, to inhale and establish this rhythm, invoke an image you like, and breathe. Your heart area will become completely different, everything will change and you will simply leave the stress behind completely, enabling your system to function in a normal fashion again. This is what you need to practice at least once a day, plus whenever you find yourself in some unpleasant situation. This will create a habit of functioning from this centre of closeness. To be close with someone else is the same as being close to oneself.

WINDOW

' Once you harmonize your breathing from the heart, you need to activate a positive sensation.'

Technique 3 - The Hug

The hugging technique needs to be practiced once a day. This requires us to have at least twelve spontaneous hugs a day during which we feel a calm presence.

The astrological significator of the hug is the sign of Cancer. The image of Cancer is the crab with two claws. This is the image of a hug and the image of the Moon and its centre.

This technique is especially practiced by Jack Kenfield who claims: 'You need four hugs a day just to survive, eight to have the feeling that everything is okay, but twelve to feel you are progressing.'

Hugs should not be forced, but we need to feel the natural need to hug someone, and we need to be present and feel this as a pleasurable thing to do. Twelve hugs represents our way of communication. Try and picture yourself following that rhythm. How pleasurable does it feel to hug a person and does that feel right for you? A hug should feel normal. We should be able to spontaneously hug a person from the left side, wholeheartedly. This is when energy flows through us in the best possible way. Our hug should create the feeling of unity, quietness, peace and lightness in the presence of the other person, as well as to enable that person to feel the same way when in our company. When we are reserved on this level, we become mental and dwell in our head too much. We can do this exercise more than once a day with the same person, but be aware that different people will always provide us with different experiences that will awaken us and take us somewhere new. Try and imagine yourself as someone spontaneous enough to greet someone else in this fashion. The sign of Cancer requires us to leave the mental state and focus on the physical body, i.e. to have that kind of communication with others. If hugging becomes a normal way of communication for us, we will become different and others will simply feel this through our aura, which will make them feel natural and glad that they are sharing our company. The whole secret of the heart chakra is to be natural and to open up to calmness and closeness, which will enable us to easily establish the meditative state that leads us towards consciousness, since consciousness is not mental.

WINDOW

' Twelve hugs represents our way of communication. Try and picture yourself following that rhythm. How pleasurable does it feel to hug a person and does that feel right for you?'

Technique 4 - Mirror Exercise

Every night, before going to bed, practice this exercise by looking yourself in the eyes in the mirror, while quietly:

- saying your name,

- expressing gratitude for achievements during that day,

- expressing gratitude for personal discipline that you are exercising, and

- saying 'I love you'.

Focus your attention on yourself, look yourself in the eyes as if you are facing someone else. When we look ourselves in the mirror, very often we tend to just glaze over, without really focusing. This is why it is important that you look yourself in the eyes and call your own name while expressing gratitude. For example: 'Anna, thank you for doing this for me, for getting up in time and managing to do that job (whatever that job might be).' Express to yourself gratitude for each achievement you can remember, because gratitude is the basis for development of everything else. When we lack the feeling of gratitude, it means we do not respect ourselves nor anything else in life, which then loses its value. You should thank yourself for the discipline with which you managed to do any of the tasks of the day. If it is just two, then express gratitude for the two. Do not criticize yourself for the remaining eight that were not done. Just emphasize the good things that were achieved while looking yourself in the eyes. Finish off with the message: 'I love you'. Feel this love for yourself. You can say this quietly. It is always good to have a silent communication with this person in the mirror, but try doing it as if you are talking to a person and not just the mirror reflection. This other person is yourself, but the liveliness and energy you are communicating with should resemble those you employ when you talk to someone else.

---------------

This is the work on the heart centre that ends up bringing you closer to yourself. These are very powerful techniques for a great boost of energy. If you manage to practice them for 28 days in a row, you will end up feeling great strength. You will notice how your energy is moved. This is the field of consciousness and this is how we enter that field. If there is a flow in this area, all of our contacts will be good and function well. Practice meditation and the ability to enter your heart amidst some activity, as well as keeping it open instead of allowing fatigue, stress or various events to close it up. The next thing to do is contact other people in your life on the physical level. A hug is a pleasant thing. This is the feeling we share with another person and it is a unique feeling. This is how we gain new experiences. At the end of the day, do not forget to practice your mirror exercise.

If you practice these four exercises for 28 days in a row, you will make a huge jump and do a great thing for yourself. It is very important that you feel rested and allow all the tiredness and worries to leave you in order for you to enable the flow through your heart chakra.
